Saturday 24th October –“Hadleigh Osteopathy” down at Hadleigh Country Park.- The Best Park in Essex.

What a great day! It was our first Saturday of opening for the “Injuries Clinic” down at Hadleigh Country Park. Free consultation for anyone who wanted to ask about any of their aches and pains.

The weather was pretty predictable “milk of magnesia skies” but still the great views across Hadleigh Downs and the Estuary, with plenty of mountain-bikers and walkers enjoying the day out. We even had a few triathletes in training..

It was good to be able to answer a few questions that people were concerned about and hopefully was of benefit to them.

Dave McDonald from SilverIsland TV came down and did some photography for me, which was much appreciated.

Looking forward to meeting up with Chris Hyde from Hadleigh MTB Club soon.
